Support & beta feedback
Email support@headroommusic.app for any question, bug report, or feedback. During the closed beta you can also reply through the TestFlight or Google Play testing channel that delivered your invitation; both routes reach the Headroom support mailbox.
Want to help test before launch? Apply for closed-beta access. The application is submitted directly from the site; you will not need to send a separate email.
Report it from inside the app
Settings → Diagnostics → Email support opens a message to us with the diagnostic report already attached. Describe what happened and send — that is the fastest way to get a fix.
To attach the log to something else (a forum post or a beta channel reply), use “Share full diagnostic log” on the same screen instead.
Headroom redacts known credentials and server-sensitive values from this export. Review any file before sending it and do not include a password, access token, personal media, or private server address in screenshots or free-form notes.
A useful report says
- iPhone/iPad or Android device model and OS version.
- Headroom version and build number.
- Server type and version, without publishing credentials.
- What you expected, what happened, and whether it repeats.
- Whether playback was local, remote, offline, cast, or in-car.
Feature ideas
Feature suggestions are welcome at support@headroommusic.app. Reliability and regressions come first during the beta, but ideas are recorded for later planning. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish, not only which control or screen you would add.
Security reports
Report a suspected vulnerability to security@headroommusic.app. Please describe the issue and how to reproduce it, but never include the credential, token, or key itself. We will confirm receipt and move the conversation to a private channel before any detail is published.
Privacy requests
Email privacy@headroommusic.app for data access, correction, or deletion requests. See the privacy policy for what Headroom stores and what stays on your own server.
